Mallacoota District Health Support Service are a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider and can support you to navigate and access the supports you need. We can explain how the NDIS works, help you find out if you’re eligible, and guide you through the application process. When your application is approved, we can then provide you with a range of Disability Services under the scheme.
The new way that Mallacoota District Health gives you the ability to have a range of support, from in-home personal care to support at work or in the community. The support you receive is entirely up to you and is most effective when you get creative. Think about what you want to achieve and the skills you want to develop, and how a worker can support you to do that.
