The Home support will provide culturally appropriate home care to older people or those with a disability and their carers. The purpose of the role is to promote and maintain older peoples’ independence, enhance their quality of life and prevent premature or inappropriate admission to long-term residential care, in accordance guidelines and the clients control of choice
