We are seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Administrator to join our team in beautiful Regional Mallacoota, Victoria. This is a unique opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a role that supports our community care operations and enhances service coordination in a dynamic, digitally evolving environment.
About the Role
As our ICT Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ICT systems. You’ll support service coordination functions and enable efficient digital workflows across homecare, nursing, and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support digital tools used in rostering, scheduling, and service delivery
- Provide responsive ICT support and resolve technical issues for staff
- Digitise and maintain service forms, records, and dashboards
- Collaborate with service coordinators to streamline and improve digital processes
- Train staff in the use of relevant ICT systems and tools
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and backups in line with organisational policies
- Support the implementation of ICT projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives

What We Are Looking For

- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related qualification
- Strong skills in Health Care ICT systems administration and end-user support
- Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Clear and effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience with digital rostering systems or CRMs (desirable)
- Understanding of data protection and privacy within healthcare settings
- Skills in Cybersecurity and
- Training on Digital Safety for vulnerable client and other end users
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in community health or aged care (highly recommended)
