We are seeking a dedicated Homecare Coordination Officer to join our team in beautiful Mallacoota, Victoria, supporting the delivery of high-quality homecare services across the community. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team and make a real difference in people’s lives.

About the role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services by coordinating nursing, homecare, and supplies. Responsibilities include:
- Rostering support staff to meet client needs
- Coordinating client service requests and allocating to the appropriate teams
- Liaising directly with clients, families, and external health professionals
- Collaborating with occupational therapists and healthcare teams to support client care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting service delivery excellence
What we are looking for:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Previous experience in rostering or service coordination (highly desirable)
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A positive attitude with a genuine commitment to community care
- Background in community services or healthcare highly recommended
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards (an advantage)
